I think of my art as a means of communication that conveys nature, connectivity and energy in all forms. My compositions are most often realized only when the viewer can identify a common happiness. Vibrant color schemes with dramatic line work bring each piece to life. I use different media in my paint to develop depth and a sense of sculpture. My process is always tackled with the sense of emotional freedom and to my own amazement, slowly the true compositions develop. My happiness begins in the studio and is fulfilled when it makes it to the real world.

"Only when he no longer knows what he is doing does the painter do good things."
"Painting is very easy when you don't know how, but very difficult when you do."

Edgar Degas (1834-1917),
French Impressionist.
